May Chamber Luncheon

For many people, the idea of filing a lawsuit comes to mind when they believe they have been wronged. Some sue for money in the hopes of a quick settlement, some sue to change "the system", and some sue simply because they believe they are right.

But according to business trial attorney, Gene DuBose, principal of the DuBose Legal Group, PC, the best course of action to take when you're thinking of filing a lawsuit is not to do it.  In "Case Closed:  Why You Never Want to File a Lawsuit Unless You Are Ready to Lose", Gene will teach your members:

How they can lose by filing a lawsuit, even if they win the case

How to avoid the courts when drafting documents

What they can do to protect their assets from the depredations of litigation, whether they are a plaintiff of defendant
